Leasing Questions

Residents are responsible for transferring electric and gas services into their name prior to move-in. Water and hot water heating are billed to residents based on usage and paid with monthly rent. Trash as well as a billing fee are flat rates paid with monthly rent (Trash $10/month; billing fees are $10 for initial set up, $5/month thereafter, with a $5 final billing fee).
Rent is always due on the first, and a $95 late fee is assessed on the 6th of every month (even on weekends and holidays).
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Resident Questions
You may call the Eagle Grove office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if enrolled in our online services.
We partner with Xfinity for our community cable and Internet offerings. Please inquire within our office regarding any other cable/Internet providers.
Please use the gas grill located at our outdoor lounge and charcoal grills throughout the property.
If you are locked out of your apartment outside of business hours, please contact a locksmith at your expense.
If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made in our office during business hours. Fees apply.
