Pet Policy
- Eagle Grove allows dogs and cats (limit 2 per apartment) upon approval
- Restricted dog breeds - please contact the office for list of restricted breeds
- Current vet records and pictures are required on move-in
Pet Fees
- Non-refundable pet fee of $300 per home, with an additional $200 for the second pet
- Monthly pet fee of $30 for each pet
